You may purchase products from Kairon Leather without creating a customer account.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into a purchase transaction under applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, specifications, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, actual product colors may vary depending on your device, monitor, lighting conditions, and other factors.
Because many of our products are made from natural leather, minor variations in texture, grain, appearance, and finish may occur between individual products.

4. Made-to-Order Products
All Kairon Leather jackets are made to order.
This means that your jacket is produced after you place your order rather than being taken from conventional ready-made inventory.
Our standard production and stitching time is approximately:

Production time does not normally include weekends or public holidays.
Because products are made to order, we may need to begin production shortly after an order is placed.

Where available, customers may request certain modifications or customizations to a product.
Any custom request must be agreed upon by Kairon Leather before production begins.
Additional charges, production time, or other conditions may apply depending on the requested modification.
Custom or personalized products may be subject to different return or cancellation conditions as described in our Return Policy.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that Kairon Leather has accepted the order.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Errors in product availability
- Problems with payment authorization

- Inability to fulfill the order

9. Production and Shipping
Kairon Leather products are made to order and ship directly from Pakistan.
Our standard estimated timeline is:
- Production & stitching: 5–7 business days
- Delivery/transit: 9–14 business days
- Total estimated delivery window: approximately 14–21 business days
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.
If we determine that we cannot ship an order within the applicable promised or estimated timeframe, we will provide appropriate notice and, where required by applicable law, offer the customer the appropriate options regarding delayed shipment or cancellation/refund.
10. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
Kairon Leather ships products internationally from Pakistan.
Where applicable, Kairon Leather is responsible for customs duties and import-related charges associated with the shipment.
Customers should not be required to pay additional customs or import charges that Kairon Leather has expressly agreed to cover.
However, customers remain responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information and for cooperating with customs authorities or delivery carriers when reasonably required.
11. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address and the shipment cannot be delivered as a result, Kairon Leather is not responsible for the resulting delivery failure.
Any additional shipping costs associated with correcting or reshipping an order may be the responsibility of the customer.

Because our jackets are made to order, customers should review the Return Policy carefully before purchasing.

Note: I have intentionally not inserted a mandatory arbitration/class-action waiver here. Because Kairon Leather will sell internationally, that kind of clause can create additional legal and enforceability issues depending on the customer's location. A Texas attorney can add one if it makes sense for your business.
