Order Cancellation Policy

At Kairon Leather, all jackets are made to order. Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, we have the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.

Approved cancellations will receive a 100% refund to the original payment method, with no cancellation fee.

After 24 Hours

After the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, orders cannot normally be cancelled, as production may have already started.

Cancellation requests are considered based on the time the request is received.
