Yes. Every Kairon Leather jacket is made to order after you place your order.

2. Where are your jackets made?

Our jackets are made in Pakistan by skilled leather craftsmen.

3. How long does it take to make my jacket?

Our standard production and stitching time is 5–7 business days.

4. How long does shipping take?

After production, delivery/transit typically takes 9–14 business days.

Your total estimated delivery window is approximately 14–21 business days.

5. Where do orders ship from?

Orders are shipped directly from Pakistan to customers worldwide.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally.

7. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. You can complete your purchase using guest checkout. Creating an account is optional.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods available through our Shopify checkout, including major cards and other supported payment options.

9. Can I request a custom jacket?

Yes. Customers can request certain customizations or measurements. Please contact us through our Contact Us page or email support@kaironleather.com before production.

10. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Because our jackets are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Approved cancellations receive a 100% refund to the original payment method.

11. What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Return Policy for complete details.

12. Who pays for return shipping?

For products that are not damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Kairon Leather will provide an appropriate resolution, such as a refund or exchange.

13. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect jacket?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@kaironleather.com. We may request photos or other information and will work with you to provide a refund, replacement, or exchange.

14. What if I order the wrong size?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Size-related returns or exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.

15. Are your jackets made from real leather?

Yes. Our leather products are made using genuine leather, with the specific leather type and finish listed on each product page.

16. Will my leather jacket look exactly like the product photos?

Natural leather can have variations in texture, grain, and appearance. Each jacket is individually made, so minor differences may occur.

17. Do you offer a warranty?

We currently do not offer a product warranty. However, if your jacket arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
