1. Free Shipping Worldwide

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on every single order with no minimum purchase required, no hidden fees and also no restocking fees.

Shipping Exclusions: We currently ship to almost every country across the globe, with the exception of Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC-sanctioned countries.

2. Made-to-Order & Delivery Timelines

Every jacket we make is Made to Order. We do not ship mass-produced, off-the-shelf items from a dusty warehouse. Instead, our team begins stitching your custom item as soon as your order is confirmed.

• Production & Stitching Time: 5 to 7 business days

• Delivery / Transit Time: 9 to 14 business days

• Total Estimated Delivery Window: 14 to 21 business days

Because each piece is crafted specifically for you upon purchase, we ask for your patience while our craftsmen carefully stitch, inspect, and package your leather jacket before dispatch.

3. Trusted Express Couriers

To ensure your package arrives quickly and safely, we partner with premier express shipping providers including DHL, FedEx, and Skynet. We reserve the right to select the best carrier based on your location for the fastest delivery possible.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We are currently unable to deliver to PO Box, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical home or business address at checkout.

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

We want your shopping experience to be hassle-free. All customs duties and taxes are fully covered by us.

• In most cases, our team pays all duty fees online in advance.

• If your package arrives with unexpected duties due, please accept the delivery and pay the carrier directly.

• Simply send a photo or digital copy of the duty payment receipt to our Customer Support Team, and we will issue a full reimbursement back to your payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking link marks your order as "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if your item arrives damaged in transit:

1. Contact Us Immediately: You must contact our Customer Support Team and the courier within 5 business days of the marked delivery date to open an investigation. (Claims made after 5 business days cannot be accepted).

2. Resolution: Once the carrier verifies the issue, we will issue either a full store credit or ship a free replacement of your original order.

Please note: Lost packages in transit are eligible for replacement or store credit, but not monetary refunds.

6. Tracking & Delivery Responsibilities

A. Tracking Your Package

Once your order is stitched and shipped, we will email you a tracking number. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and be available to receive the package.

B. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier attempts delivery while you are unavailable, or if they place your package on hold, please contact the courier directly to arrange a redelivery. If multiple delivery attempts fail, the courier may destroy or abandon the parcel, and we cannot be held responsible for destroyed orders.

C. Refusing Delivery

If you refuse to accept delivery of your package from the courier, the parcel will be destroyed or abandoned. We cannot process refunds or returns for refused packages. To request a return, you must first accept the package and then follow our official Return Instructions.

D. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your full address during checkout. Once a package is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. If an incorrect address causes a delivery failure, return shipping costs and duties exceed the item's value, meaning the package will be destroyed by the carrier without an option for a refund or cancellation.

7. Additional Order Guidelines

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirmation as soon as your payment clears. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or reach out to our Customer Support Team.

• Combined Shipments: If you place multiple orders going to the same delivery address, we may combine them into a single package to save overall transit time. This may occasionally add a brief delay to your initial order while remaining items complete stitching.

Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the exact date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original product tags, labels, and packaging must be attached.

• The jacket must be free of stains, scents (such as perfume or smoke), pet hair, or signs of wear.

2. Choosing the Right Size

Because our jackets are Made to Order, we strongly encourage you to review our Size Guide on the product page before placing your order.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Support: Visit our Contact us page, enter your name, email, order number & reason of return. You can also Email our team (support@kaironleather.com) within 30 days of delivery with your Order Number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.

2. Get Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and Return Authorization details.

3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack the jacket and ship it back using a trackable courier service.

Please note: Unauthorized returns sent back without prior approval cannot be processed.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Standard Returns & Size Exchanges: If you changed your mind or selected the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item, manufacturing defect, or the wrong size/style compared to your order, we will cover the return shipping cost or ship a brand-new replacement at zero extra charge.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom Orders: Any jacket made with custom measurements, embroidery, or custom color modifications requested by the customer.

• Clearance or Final Sale Items.

• Worn or Damaged Goods: Items showing signs of wear, wash, missing tags, or customer damage.

• Refused or Uncollected Deliveries: Packages that were refused upon delivery or abandoned at customs.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our facility and passes quality inspection (typically within 2 to 3 business days of arrival):

• Refund Method: We will process your refund directly back to your original payment method.

• Timing: Refunds take approximately 5 to 7 business days to post to your bank or card statement.

• If there is no fault in the product at all, we will not provide any Return label, this is customer responsibility to send the item back to us.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Because stitching begins shortly after an order is confirmed:

• Within 24 Hours: You can cancel your order for a 100% full refund.

• After 24 Hours: Once cutting and crafting have started, cancellations requested after 24 hours will incur a 20% material/restocking fee, with the remaining balance refunded to you.

• After Dispatch: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility Overview

To be eligible for a full or partial refund back to your original payment method:

• The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• The jacket must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and original condition with all brand tags and packaging attached.

• The item must pass our quality inspection upon arrival at our facility.

2. Order Cancellation Refunds

Because every order is Made to Order, crafting begins quickly after an order is placed:

• Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

• Cancellations After 24 Hours: Once materials have been cut and stitching has begun, cancellations requested after 24 hours are subject to a 20% material and restocking fee. The remaining 80% balance will be refunded.

• After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched from our workshop, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until the package is delivered and returned under our standard Return Policy.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or differs from the size/style ordered:

1. Contact our Customer Support Team within 5 business days of receiving your package.

2. Provide clear photos showing the defect, damage, or issue alongside your order number.

3. Once verified, you can choose between a 100% free replacement (with zero return shipping cost) or a full refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Scenarios

Monetary refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Custom / Tailored Orders: Custom-fitted jackets or items with personalized embroidery or modifications requested by the customer.

• Refused or Unclaimed Packages: Deliveries refused by the customer upon arrival or abandoned at local customs facilities.

• Incorrect Address: Orders delivered incorrectly or destroyed by the courier due to an invalid shipping address provided during checkout.

• Late Claims: Damaged or lost package claims submitted more than 5 business days after the marked delivery date.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

• Inspection Period: Returns are inspected within 2 to 3 business days of arriving at our warehouse.

• Issuance: Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Stripe).

• Posting Time: Depending on your financial institution, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the credited funds to reflect on your bank or card statement.
